Ahhh...my personal favorite NES site. Why? Because of one thing, he has the best game reviews you will EVER read perhaps. These reviews go beyond informative....intelligently written and fun to read. His opinions differ a bit from the general game playing public's(Especially in the SNES reviews). Which is good, of course, differing opinions help make the reviews even better. Check them out. Reviews also include SNES games and several "capsule" reviews.
Of course, the reviews aren't the only thing on this site. There's NES Texts, with very well written and entertaining editorials. There could be a few more though :P. Read that Mortal Kombat one. Loog is quite the MIDI connoisseur, he's made a few himself and has a large collection of them on his page, he even rates them. I for one, enjoy MIDI's so naturally, this is an enjoyable section. Last but not least, his Trivia Maze is entertaining, even for just a short while.
Loogaroo's NES Lair is one of the oldest NES sites still around and updating. The only real downfall is the lack of updates, but that seems to be changing. Also, Loog just started a mailing list, join it now. :P
